Letter to God

J.G. letter to God

Our grandson J.G. is the sweetest & most kindest kid I know...he is so thoughtful and is always thinking about everybody else. Tonight he decided to write a letter to God and to send it up to Heaven with helium balloons. The letter goes like this ... Dear God From Jeff Age 8 Grade 2

I hope youer having a good time in heven. I hope I be gooder . Take kare of my Great Grandma and Great Grampa. Last page has a big cross on it. How sweet is that? And for the I hope I be gooder ... Breaks my heart!! He is such a good kid, but sometimes has a hard time and seems to get in trouble at home .... I think little Miss E.G. is a little culprit and adds to him being in trouble. Oh, but wait ....would a Princess ever do anything wrong? No, never according to her daddy!

Mommy & Daddy naughty!

This evening my rang & it was C.M. on the other end. The kids have my number on speed dial so the little guy can call on his own. The converstion goes like this ... Ga, my daddy, mommy naughty. Your mommy & daddy are naughty buddy? Ya, Ga, dey are naughty. What did mommy & daddy do buddy? jabber, jabber, jabber, Can't really tell what C.M. is saying but he is pissed off, then he says Percy. I said did they take away Percy from you. No! Dey are naughty! Hewo, Ga ... Hewo. I am here buddy... Hewo... Buddy Grandma is here, I can hear you. Hewo ... (long pause).. buddy, are you there? jabber, jabber, jabber ... it's my mom .. Then mommy gets on the phone. C.M. is some pissed off in the back ground... I think it may be getting close to bed time for the little guy.

I Need .....

Little Miss E.G. stayed with me at my shop for little bit while her mommy did a massage for a client. We were pricing things and she went into my office and found a package of chocolate covered marshmellow snowmen. Hmmmm.. I wonder how they got in there because I think the last time I remembered I wasn't eating any sugar, but those darn things are so good and for .25 cents for a 6 pack who could walk away from that ?? Sugar or no sugar ya gotta admit that is quite a bargain! Plus there is only 5 grams of sugar in each of them and 40 calories. I suppose it does add up though when you eat the whole pack in 1 setting, not to mention the headache that it gives me. In case you need me to add it up for ya, that would be 30 grams of sugar and 240 calories! YIKES! Glad those clearance shelves are about empty ..... hehehe
Anyways back to Miss E.G., she brought out the package of chocolate and said .... I need dis, I dot a bewy ache .... You have a belly ache, Princess? Ya, I have a bewy ache, I need dis. Ok, Princess you better have one of those so your belly will feel better. Otay Gramma I uv you! I love you to Princess, but lets not tell mom that you are eating chocolate ok .... Tell mom? I not! That's what I wanted to hear! I was sure that the first thing out of her mouth was to tell she had chocolate, but the little stinker suprised me, she didn't tell. Not yet anyways.
When J.G. was little I used to tell him not to tell and the first thing he did was say Mom, Grandma didn't give me any chocolate . BUSTED!

Sunday Morning Fun....

C.M. and J.D. came to visit this morning while mommy & daddy did a Walmart run.
C.M. and his trains, I'll tell ya ... to funny to watch this kid... he was trying to find Percy in his backpack (did I mention that his backpack is a Thomas The Train backpack ), who would of thunk it! ... he pulled out everything and says where'd my Percy doe, Ga? Heavy on the Ga ! As he is squinting his eyes & looking at me like I took it. Hello, Ga has not seen Percy today ... Then he say's uh, mom! Extra heavy on the uh!
LMAO ... Gotta love these little kids!
